  • learned all the processes of microelectronic chip packaging and the advantages and disadvantages of different packaging methods
  • Entered the clean room of the company, observed the workers’ operation of all the machines that used for IC chips fabrication, and asked them how to use these machines
  • Operated some simple machines by myself
